i used my dip belt...with the weight hanging in between my legs....long enough so that it was off the floor when my hips were up....nailed my balls a few times before i got it right

This week I'm moving to my next mesocycle but I'm going to make it less strict and focus on a bit more hypertrophy. I'm taking the same exercises and simply increasing the volume and density, while decreasing the intensity obviously. I'll do this for the whole cycle (~4 weeks) and then I'll probably switch back to strength training. It's a very loose plan at the moment.

Ran short on time near the end so the back squats and andersons were done with pretty short rest periods (~2mins). I have a feeling I will roll out of bed crying tomorrow morning, LOL.
