I got plenty of food. I usually workout in the morning, today I just didn't want to lol.

Slightly less means higher. Although balls to the grass could be the next progression, B2G FTW!

Friday September 4th

184lbs

Bentover BB Row
165x10, 165x10, 165x10, 165x10

Dips
+20x8, +20x8, +20x8, +20x8

DB Rows
90x10, 90x10, 90x10

This was a little anti-rotation core exercise in itself, lol.

Chinups
6,6,6

I've been off my usual supplements for a while now. Glutamine has been out for about 3 weeks now and creatine has been probably 8-10 months, LOL. I'm starting both of them back up again. They'll be included in my pre-workout shake.

did you do the db rows unilaterally? without resting an arm and leg on anything? that def has some anti rotation

Of course it was unilateral.

I was standing, bent over of course (no homo), and resting my forearm on the back of an inclined bench. It didn't give me much support (ie. like a chest supported row) and gave nothing in the way of rotational support.

Tuesday September 8th

186lbs

Sumo Deads
315x3
335x3
355x2
360x2

Haven't pull sumo for months and my technique was not as sharp as usual. 355 was especially rough. I had zero (literally) acceleration just below the knee. Rather than ditch the lift I resorted to brute force and managed to grind through it. Each rep was literally 5 seconds long. I was stuck at the knee for about 1-2 seconds. I want to make the distinction that my technique was bad, since I couldn't get my usual bar speed, but my form was spot on. 360 was a bit faster, only a 3 second pull, lol.

BB Uni RDL
95x5, 95x5, 95x5

This was more of a stability/balance challenge than it was a strength challenge.

Woodchops
115x10x3

Heavy.
