Monday September 14th

185lbs

CG Pullups
+45x3, +55x3, +55x3, +45x3, +45x3

MP
115x3, 115x3, 115x3

Low Pulley Row
165x10, 195x8, 225x7

Cable Rows
180x5, 180x5, 170x5

DB Curls
45x5, 45x5, 45x5

Today was supposed to be deadlift day but last week I didn't get a chance to do this workout. I didn't want to omit it so I did it today, I'll just have to play around with my off days to get my schedule back on track.
