Hello gentlemen...hope you're all having a productive week. Hit the gym tonight for some chest/traps...good stuff feeling strong...still got this damn cold can't seem to shake it...

HS bench press
140 x 10
160 x 8
180 x 6
190 x 1 (hell yeah!!)
160 x 8

Cable crossover
50 x 10
60 x 7
70 x 4
60 x 7

Incline DB press
40's x 12
45's x 10
50's x 8
45's x 10

DB shrugs
60's x 12
65's x 10
70's x 8
70's x 8
75's x 6

EZ bar upright rows (injury in my forearm and these are tuff for me)
40 x 10
50 x 8
60 x 7
60 x 6

Plate shrugs w/25's
8 front, 8 side, 8 rear x 2

Hi everyone, hope you're all having a great weekend! I had the day off from work so I slept in. I had some running around to do, then I hit the gym for an afternoon workout. I trained legs and it was ok...I've had better workouts lol

Leg ext
100 x 10 (15 sec hold last rep)
110 x 10 (15 sec hold last rep)
120 x 8 (10 sec hold)
130 x 8 (10 sec hold)

Super leg press (alt feet placement)
190 x 15
210 x 12
230 x 10
240 x 12
260 x 10

Standing calf raises
280 x 12
305 x 10
330 x 8
330 x 8

Lying leg curl
60 x 12
70 x 10
60 x 10
70 x 10

Cable pullthroughs
110 x 10
120 x 10
130 x 8
140 x 6 (lost grip and balance...blahh!)

Reverse lunge (off flat bench)
30's x 10
35's x 10
40's x 8
40's x 8

Grabbed a set of 40's and did SLDL's for a set 20...just to stretch out the hammies and see how my back felt. (Haven't done these since my back injury)

pinched sciatic nerve...what a mess that was!! the last time it happened was about 3 yrs ago. i've had back problems on and off for years...

You say you've had back problems on and off and I'm assuming lumbar problems....but is this the first time you've had sciatica, Kimm?

yes lumbar problems. this was the 2nd time i had sciatica...the pain is ridiculous...i swear childbirth was a walk in the park compared to that no joke!!
