Jogged a couple miles earlier in the day.

Today:

Stubborn Fat Protocol. Done on a 6 hour fast.
10 min 60/60
45 min tready 5 incl, 3.7

Well today got a little screwy. No vehicle for the day and the gym's 12 miles away. So I got to deal with the ghetto setup I've got at home.

Unil lying ham curl (exag. slow neg)
15 - 2x12/side

Ab stuff for 3 sets

20 minutes tire flipping

You know, I have no idea how heavy it is That one's a *new* one (I haven't even hosed it off yet). It's a fairly light one, though, to where I could do constant flips without having to pause to get a good position under it again. So that bout was just for keeping an elevated heart rate.

Now I'm curious, I'm gonna have to try and guage the weight of it

Quite a painful session this time Nausea hit about 10 minutes into the SS part. At about the 20 min mark that went away and I seemed to get a second wind. Either that or I just went partially numb Luckily there was some good things to watch on tv.
