Thanks Yeah, I placed in that one. It was a national level show and I took 11th. Just being in the placings at a national show is a good thing I was supposed to do another national a couple weeks ago but money was tight and I had to bail on it. And what sucked about not being able to do that one is of the top five in my class, the two that competed at the same one I did last, I had beaten. So that kinda irked me that I missed out on possibly winning the show (and going pro) but there's always next year.

The ones I have coming up are just regional shows, which I always place high at. So I'll just be extending my national qualifications with those and getting some more trophies for the collection

Thanks, Dave

There doesn't seem to be much here for people that gear towards the bodybuilding scene, so the things I do are probably quite different from what people are used to on here

You should be very proud that you placed in that event, but dont beat yourself up over the missed show, shit happens, nothing you can do about it. Good luck with the regionals, i'm sure you'll have no problem filling up your trophy room.

I change them up every once in a while for some variety and depending on where I'm at in the season.

Last night was:

RDL>Row>Hang Clean>Front Squat>Push Press>Good Morning
