I hit between 750-850 calories a day on this. The program calls for NO fat. So the protein choices need to be on the low end of natural fat levels. For me, every meal the whole time is chicken and broccoli. Even breakfast (and of course I add in some EFA's and vitamins too).

750-850 calories a day!!

I think Paris Hilton gets more than that drinking alcohol! This diet looks tough, but you're a toughie right? Good luck.

And I probably outweigh Paris by a good 20 pounds.

750 calories is NOT fun. Trust me

Workout updates:

Frday was lower body day. I forgot my notebook to write down my weights. Oops.

Saturday was an off day. I did a lot of napping and reading.

Today: (no laughing at my puny weights!)

Flat BB bench
85 3x5

UH BB row
80 3x5

Flat BB bench
75 1x8

UH BB row
65 1x8

Lat pull
70 2x10

Incline DB press
60 2x10

Rope crunches
70 2x12

Feeling weak today. A little shaky. So I didn't want to push things too much. Most of those weights I could have gone up a notch on, but with the PSMF I didn't want to take any chances.

btw, PSMF sucks. No impact carbs sucks. My jar of PB is mocking me. BUT it's working. Only a few more days of it anyway.
