Damn, I hate how weak my shoulders are. To make things worse, I have to train 4 days a week because Friday is Independence Day and gym's closed. (It's closed on weekends too)

07/08/07:Back

Deadlift
111x8
135x6
200x5
220x2 - felt 3x heavier than last week

Pullups
6x3

Wide-Grip Pulldown
80x8x2
100x8x2

Close-Grip Pulldown
100x8x3 - too lazy to take off the weights, lol

T-Bar Row
60x8
85x8x2

So, at this point I was supposed to do tris, hence back & tris, but I felt really tired and weak. So I got some glucose and called it a day. Probably because of those deadlifts, they sure beat the shit out of me.

Never again am I doin tris on back day, I'm putting it with shoulders.
