Like Hrdgain I love Arnold presses! They are harder than the standard press and perhaps the 50s would be enough. Either way switching them in would help your overall shoulder development.

dumbells in hands....palms toward you....push up while turning your hands so that your palms face away from you at the top.

2/8/08

squats - 161, 3 x 5

bench - 181, 2 x 3........161, 2 x 6

row - 116, 3 x 5

dips - 45, 2 x 8

situps - 1 x 20

leg raises - 1 x 9

i always seem to get stuck at 175 on bench....so...i'm gonna start throwing in some heavy doubles and triples...squats were hard but doable.

i want my cable tv back.

2/11/08

squats - 166, 3 x 5 pr

arnolds - 30, 3 x 8

pullups - 15, 2 x 7..1 x 8

leg raises - 2 x 7

side bends - 50, 2 x 10

preachers - 40, 2 x 10

-i was fucking pumped about squats....still a vag like weight...but...i'm pretty sure i started at like...90 pounds...so...not bad

-plenty of gas left in the tank on the arnolds...figured i would work my way up...they felt real good.

-pullups...i was having a problem with swinging...so i turned my belt around...hung the weight behind me...not as much swing...and it was almost harder...

-preachers...extended arms totally....really squeezed at the top, 3-4 seconds....went pretty slow too. good workout all in all.

i've honestly never made myself more pissed off. before starting squats...threw on some daath...and just got angry and hammered it out. last rep was pretty slow

deads - 211, 1 x 7, 1 x 1

bench - 186, 2 x 3.....166, 2 x 6

t-bar rows - finding 5 rep max....50 x 5, 75 x 5, 85 x 5, 95 x 5, 100 x 5, 110 x 5, 115 x 5.

dips - bw, 2 x 20

russians - 5, 2 x 10

i was really out of breath after the first seven deads. shit. stepped back...took my gloves off. and then did one more. bench felt pretty solid.

t-bar rows own. i've always loved rows....but...i'm gonna love these. i need to buy a handle though...thinking this one:

i'll spend as much in gas as shipping will be...so..yay.

dips with bodyweight are fun. went about 30 miles an hour.

no light squats....no time with finding 5 rep max on tbars. fucking fun workout though.
