squat - 176, 4 x 2, 151, 1 x 8
bench - 191, 4 x 2, 171 1 x 7
t-bars - 100, 3 x 5
dips - 47.5, 3 x 8
my legs were fucking jelly after squats. bench was real solid...could not get the eighth rep on the 171 though...4 exercises and i'm fuggin whooped
workout was over an hour...i had a little shake in the middle to keep me going. waxy maize and citrulline malate will be here tomorrow. looking forward to seeing what the CM does for me.
