thanks all...deadlift felt awesome.

he will stay committed...i may have to play head games with him...but he'll stick to it...he's got a one year old, and he needs to be able to get off his ass and play....alot...soon i got him to sign up for fitday...got his calorie number he's going to start off with for the first few weeks and see if he loses....and i already explained 1-2 pounds a week is good...and that it will be frustrating....but he'll get over it.

last night he called me...after i texted him a list of food to buy...."how come you're telling me to eat all this stuff that has fat in it?"

had a nice light week last week...knees are feeling better....mental break felt real good as well....

so.

3/3/08

squat - 150, 3 x 5

incline bench - 115, 3 x 5

chest supported row - found 5RM - did 3 x 5 at 110.

dips - 50, 3 x 7

planks & side planks - held each for 90 seconds or so...my shoulders were super tired and they gave out before my hips did

did a set of RDL's real light weight just to get a feel for them...will bump up the weight friday.

felt....super good today.
