he will stay committed...i may have to play head games with him...but he'll stick to it...he's got a one year old, and he needs to be able to get off his ass and play....alot...soon
i got him to sign up for fitday...got his calorie number he's going to start off with for the first few weeks and see if he loses....and i already explained 1-2 pounds a week is good...and that it will be frustrating....but he'll get over it.
last night he called me...after i texted him a list of food to buy...."how come you're telling me to eat all this stuff that has fat in it?"
