squats: 145 x 5, 150 x 5, 155 x 5, 160 x 5
mp: 105, 4 x 5
pullups: 12.5 - 7, 8, 8....bw - 8
russians: 10, 2 x 7
front plank: 2:00 shoulders were pissed.
widened my stance on squats a bit...felt alot better...no dipping forward on my toes.....took a vid to make sure i was getting down past parallel..and where my back was...and it looked good. vid was definitely not good enough to post...
on MP i think i might work up to 4 x 5 or 5 x 5 before i progress weight...
pullups i been alternating grip each set...wide...and not so wide...i likes it.
children of bodom's new album came out. i likes it too. new in flames absolutely sucks balls...they need to retire.
