it was originally from when i maxed on MP...put a little too much back into it...it's probably been a couple months...but..........it's tight everyday...sometimes wakes me up at night...
but.......like a fucking retard...i just kept deadlifting while going to the chiropractor
so this week.....nothing lower back....going to chiro twice...lots of ice. yada yada.
but yeah...the deadlift descent didn't help
and that pain is gone...it's just back to "normal" now.
