i mixed them last night with 1L....took me a little while to drink...does anything bad really happen if you don't consume creatine mono within ten minutes of mixing?

The only bad thing that will happen is that the creatine will fall out of solution and end up at the bottom. Don't mix it in. Spoon it into your mouth and down it with a big gulp of shake (swish it around first). Then if you want you can down half the shake and just sip on the rest during the workout just like you do water. If you do want to mix in the creatine you'll have to keep re-mixing if you don't drink it all slowly. Some people will tell you that you'll lose some creatine (turns to creatinine or something) but I doubt it will happen that quickly as it's not THAT unstable.

everything felt pretty good. bench was fairly solid...i was happy to hit the 170 mark...buddy gave me his powerblock dumbbells...man those come in handy for tricep extensions....if i use my own dumbbells...i'm always hitting myself with one of the plates...nothing with the powerblocks...good stuff. i'm very ready for wednesdays workout. tomorrow can't go fast enough.

keeping the press...and i think i'm gonna keep the other two as well...gonna make some vids and evaluate my form. i'm not losing my arch on squats....but i wanna see how far down i'm going.

press was fucking hard. struggled to get 13 reps. maybe i'll drop back to 121...we'll how i feel monday.

i think i'm getting a cold. dragging ass all day. car is making some funky ass noise. my mental game is over <there> somewhere today.

f'd up an intercostal muscle...took some weeks off...dropped 10-15% off everything...been at it for a few weeks...got easily past where i was on squats...which feels great...had a max day on bench last wednesday and put up 200 once...205 would not go...but i was happy. diet is good...doing hiit 3-4 times a week..alternating between jump rope and elliptical/1 min on, 1 min off. cut down on accessories sets...except for pullups and dips...doing 3 of those. but the rest get two or one.

today was:

squat: 141 3 x 5 went up fairly easy
bench: 166 3 x 5
row: 121 3 x 5
oh side bends: 20 2 x 6
russians: 10 2 x 9
situps: 25 1 x 20
tricep extend: 40 1 x 9

still not gaining weight...so i decided to start the once a week superingestcarbs thing. i've gone through 2 cups of oatmeal, and 2 cups of cooked rice...and 2 bananas...a 4 whole wheat tortillas...and some fat free western dressing...sitting at 423 after i finish this taco.

never been this full in my life.
