Plus increasing the stimulus to the whole region in general by engaging the stabilization component, etc. This will keep you from ending up with 120 pound db's in each hand and wondering why it ain't enough

thanks dude...i shall hit those next week...

also.

have you tried the steven segal energy drinks yet?

^^^Energy drinks are for 14 year olds who live on corn chips and air heads .

On those db bends don't go throwing up 40 pound dumbells or something! I don't want you coming back and blaming me for you hernia or something. Try maybe 10 pounds total or less and get a feel for it before you try more.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

hey boyyyyyyeeeeeee

i am a bit confused by the way you list your training poundages. Your squatting weights for example, you list "bar" then you say 30, which is less than the weight of an empty Olympic bar. Are you using a lighter bar or are you listing weights without including the weight of the bar in the total???

btw, you get my vote for best title to a journal!!!
considering my strength (for lack of a better word!) maybe I should've called mine "Lift like a Girl III"?

anyway keep up the great work!

not an olympic bar...came with the set of plates i bought years ago....and never saw a reason to spend more

now you got me curious..i never thought it weighed that much...so i threw it on the scale...11.2 pounds...

i was so excited to squat 100 pounds...and i've been doing it for 2 weeks already....damn

i'd say you get the title of 2nd coolest journal title...but i'm sure the little kitty would dispute that...

good job boyyyeeeeeeeee

at your level of development there should be no problem gaining a pound a week for quite a spell, just dont get too overly concerned with a little extra bodyfat.

i see you've updated your poundages to account for the bar too! hey, every little bit counts!!!!
