flat bench: 160, 4 x 5
js rows: 110, 3 x 5
rdl's: 105, 3 x 6
dips: 20, 3 x 13
ohdb side bends: 15, 2 x 6
front plank: 2:13
lunges + rdl's = my ass hurts.
not done bench for awhile...incline was....not that fun...glad i did not lose much strength on flat bench though...figured first time in awhile...i'll add a set on....felt good.
haven't done ohdb side bends in awhile...did them instead of side planks...i feel like i cheated.
