How you likin' the speed work Marvo?
What was actually wrong with your arm? Elbow? Shoulder? Something else? I'm having some trouble with my right arm and was wondering what's up with yours. Later, Jeff |

The speed work has been a nice change, I am becoming more explosive each week. How did you find it? You were doing dynamic and max effort work if I remember correctly. I pulled something in the elbow area doing bombs off a tarzan rope into a pool. Then every couple of weeks I would agravate it doing rows. Whats up with your arm m8? MaRvO. |

Sunday 27th jan Volume Day Squat 152.5kg 5x3 Bench 100kg 2x5,1x4,1x3 Chins BW 3x8,1x7 Thanks Eric for all your help. I have been working on squating in 1 smooth motion and incorporating all your advice. It has helped dramaticly, I am feeling much more comfortable now. It was so much harder getting out of the hole before. I will post another vid soon. Thanks again mate. This speed work seems to be paying off also. Bench was the same as the last volume day. I might try and bench 100kg 5x4 next week. MaRvO. |

I'm seeing an apparenlty "great" physio guy on 4 February, so hopefully he can point me in the right direction. It's really starting to get to me.
