Dynamic Day Squat 85kg 8x2 Bench 57.5kg 5x3 Didnt have much time to train today. Didnt get time to stretch after. Unfortunatly I feel abit sick also. |
Sunday 24th feb
Volume Day Missed training wasnt feeling well. Really wanted to make that session too. MaRvO. |
Tuesday 26th feb
Recovery Day Squat 127.5kg 2x5 Dynamic Press 35kg 10x3 The cold and flu symptoms are still lingering. I hope Im ready to go by sunday. By the way Ive been enjoying the stretching Eric. Those Hip Flexors are starting to loosen up. MaRvO. |
Most people find them to be pretty tight when they start stretching. Not everyone of course but more people than not.
Don't workout with colds and flu's! You'll just be sicker longer. Feel better, Marv. |

Volume Day Squat 160kg 3x3,1x1 Bench 101kg 3x4,1x2,1x3,1x2,1x1 Rows 90kg 5x5, Worked on form, its been awhile. Grip work 92.5kg 1x4,1x3,1x5 Still feeling abit conjested. Hopefully 100% next week. MaRvO. |
