I'm not sure if he has any work on the net, Ill ask! I know he was gonna be published in some mag but I forget which one!

I think the powder is great Post workout, real easy way to slam down 60+ grams of protein,I also love the milk.

Thanks m8. Im liking the pull ups they seem to work the forarms alot more than chins.

Its a tuff exercise, but alot of fun at the same time. Should be good for the kinetic chain.

Deadlift 170kg 1x2, 140kg backoff 1x3
Chins bw 1x8,1x7,1x5,1x6 90seconds between sets
HangLegRaise 1x8,1x6,1x3 superset with
CalveRaise 55lbs db's 1x20,2x12
Heavy Grippers 150 5x10, 200 1x7 with right hand, 4xneg left hand

nice pullups man...i always go like 3 minutes in between pull sets....90 sec is tough stuff
