Monday 3rd June

Volume Day

Front Squat 75kg 3x5
Back Squat 130kg 2x4 1x3
Press 50kg 5x5
Chins BW 2x10,2x7

Training has been on and off for a while. I would like to get more serious and motivated again. On a positive note front squats felt good today my elbows were up and I felt comfortable.
