Gday Eric.

Cool thanks for the Deadlift information.
This is my 13th week on this program. I have started this set up twice before but had to stop 4 or 5 weeks in because of personal reasons. Can I progress on volume day?, I will try. Do you think that is a factor not fatigue? I actually thought I would make 1x5 b4 I got under the bar. 147.5kg is a steping stone to 160kg.

Sunday 21st october
Volume Day.

Squat 130kg 3x5
Bench 110kg 3x3
Rows 100kg 3x5

Today was 31 degrees and I was feeling a little sick. However I was able to make progress today on all my lifts. The last few rows needed a little hip thrust. It will be interesting to see what happens on thursday, can I make progress this week??

Tuesday 23rd October.
Recovery Day.

Squat 105kg 2x5
Press 60kg 3x2

At this stage in my training im glad I only have to Squat 80% of my stress day. I really dont feel like doing much more when I get under the bar. Press is improving, I get to put a plate each side now. I plan to just keep increasing the reps for now.

Whats up fellas!!

Thursday 25th october.
PR Day.
Squat 147.5kg1x3
Bench 120kg1x2
Deadlift 170kg1x5
Chins bw 1x10,1x9,1x6
Hanging leg Raise 1x12,1x12,1x8
Calve Raise 370lbs 3x5

Ok fellas good and bad. I had to train after 10 hours of deadlifting boxs. Once I walked through the doors I managed to pysch myself up enough to lift. I was hoping for 1x5 Squat, settled for 1x3. I couldnt find my groove for Bench I was to worn out, equaled last week 1x2. I am Happy with my deadlifting much tighter with the narrower stance and I pulled up not back, much better Eric. I had been reading articles by the big boys, who can use body weight as leverage. Once again Thanks Eric for your advice. My copy of Ripps new book should be here any day cant wait.

Good luck with your training guys.

Sunday 28th October
Volume Day
Squat 132kg 2x5,1x4
Bench 112kg 1x4,1x3,1x2
Rows 100kg 2x5

These weights are becoming a real test, but I love the challenge.
I thought alot about my squating technique today. I tried a slightly narrower stance on the first set it felt very nice and tight. I then widened up a little for the last two sets. I will be trying out the slightly narrower stance on recovery day and volume day. I was unable to complete my last rep on squats. Bench is not a strong point for me I made 4 reps on my first set. I think this is is why I only made 2 on the last set. I should have gone for 3x3. I need to work on my bench technique. Rows were rushed the gym was closing. I forgot about day light savings. I stuck with 100kg to improve technique, but it ended up very rushed and I only had time for two sets. I have a very physical job on top of training and I am starting to feel tired, but I will try to keep pushing forward for a few more weeks, before deloading and reseting.

1st OctoberThursday
Heavy
Squat 147.5kg 1x1
Bench 120kg 1x2
Deadlift 180 1x1
Chins 1x9,1x9,1x5

Today I made one good rep on Squat, but that is all I had in me. Last week I made 3 after 10 hours at work. Bench was 120kg for 2 same as last week. I decided to go for a 1rm on Deadlift because I didnt feel to energetic. I made 180kg for 1 no worries.
I will attempt to make progress on sunday.
