Missing last sundays volume session really payed off. I felt much stronger today on squats. I powered through the sets no worries at all. So I was very happy with that. I have also increased my protein intake alot this week, probably helped. I made 5x4 on the bench also. I have purchased some 0.5 kg plates, So I will start using those on the bench. I also started doing rows again. all in all a good day.
