EDIT: well i had my 8 meals for the day, here is what it added up to (used fitday.com) 2658 80 234 266 (Cals Fat Carb Prot ) Not bad I think.
Wow my max has shot up so fast. Today I only did chest since I also wakeboarded and played dodgeball. Flat: 5 sets of 3 155 for the first 3 sets, the 3rd I need spot for the 3rd rep 145 3 times, then 145 5 times Incline: 3 sets 95x8 105x7 115x 6 Thats it caus we had dodgeball, down Tris, and Shoulders Hard on Friday. Legs tomorrow :mad: Damn I hate legs, but whatever helps right SO frickin pumped right now caus of my bench!!! Im killin it right now from what I could do even last week. Thanks Dave for the abs routine, not tryin to bother you, if you gotta wait a little while to post back feel free man. Thanks again |
April 20
Doin Legs today. Have had all my meals including the tuna tacos which were pretty decent. Hope to weigh in at 143 today, not sure if i can do that though since ive been on the lake the past 2 days. Drinkin plenty of water but i bet it doesnt help bein in the sun for a while.
Will post back later tonight, since i have nothing better to do with my life at the moment Nutrion for the day: 2719 79 285 235 (Cals Fat Carb Prot) Not bad again I think. Less carbs tomorrow though if i can. I was pretty hungry today after some meals so I ate some triscuits. that's why they are higher than protein by that much today. Leg workout went pretty well today. Upped the weight on the sets so I did less reps. WEIGHT: 142.5ish up 1.5 lbs from monday Can't wait to do the ab exercises tomorrow. Gonna do decline crunches 3 sets of 10, then knee ups, 3 sets of 10, then ab machine 2 sets of 4middle 4 left 4 right. |

Well I don't know what's going on. I am 3 meals down of 8 already. 1440 calories, yet I am still hungry. WHYYY I want to eat like 2 chicken breasts each meal instead of 1.... It's so good! haha I guess I will be adding more from now on I guess......

Well I did bis/tris/shoulders/abs today because I didnt have time for tris or shoulders on tuesday.
Did very well on all of it. I am up to 144 now (up 15 total now). 6 away from 150. Have had 5 meals so far as scheduled. Thanks for everyones support, it's helping Currently at 1910 62 196 160 (Cals Fat Carb Prot) through 5 meals EDIT: 6 meals down at 2474 75 268 199 definately uppin the calories today EDIT AGAIN: After my 8th meal it will be 2949 86 314 250. Thats a little high on carbs, but i was hungry today inbetween meals or even after them. Friday - Sunday I won't be working out, cept abs on saturday, but I will try and keep the protein up, the fat around 80g, but try and get the carbs down to around 180-230 if i can. |

totals for the day:
2835 109 214 262 Cals Fat Carb Prot too much fat. i ate chickfila for lunch. plenty of protein though, low carbs which was my plan. just alittle more fat than i had intended for the day. but still pretty good day overall, didnt drink as much water as i would have liked, but took my creatine, fishoil, and whey all when intended. just finished my 3 glasses of milk and im headin to sleep. |
April 24
Well then, got absolutely wasted last night, didnt wake up until 2:30 today. Trying to get my body over it as quick as possible. Drinking mass water and eating meals 2 hours apart for the rest of the day. Eating extremely healthy today. Ah well, it was worth it though in a way. Hopefully will be at almost full strength for tomorrow caus im dyin to lift, i hate days off now.

ty ty taurus, im really lovin this now. havent really noticed that much i guess in my body, i mean i can tell i am thicker in general, my arms are a lot thicker around my wrists and my waist is much thicker as well. all my muscles are hard constantly basically. it's been about a month and ive gained around 15lbs. mostly probably due to creatine, but a lot due to my eating/workout routine as well though. cant wait to bench tomorrow, i love seeing how much ive been increasing each week.
well it has been about a week now that i have been eating 8meals a day. i am doing it quite well and hitting my goals daily, except for one day caus i woke up so very late. my new goal is basically 150 by may 14th. which gives me about 2 1/2 weeks to hit it. i was 6lbs away as of last thursday. I think I can hit it pretty easily. This week is my last where i am going to be working out with my friend i believe. the week after this is finals then he will be gone for the summer... Gonna have to find somoene else or learn to do all this alone. Really hope to find someone though. So far today I have consumed a lot of calories. more than the typical day. 1743 69 148 137 Cals Fat Carb Prot. And i still have to have my gatorade and protein shake before the workout. plus eat my 4 meals afterwards. gonna be a 3000+ calorie day i hope. |

Back, Bis, Abs today. Very good workout I think. Began with back.
Back: 3 sets of pullups, 3 different ways (sets of around 6-8) Back row machine, 3 sets of 6-10 Back rows: 70lbs each side, pull backs, set of 8, 8, 7 Bis: standing dumbell curls, 3 sets at 30 lbs. 8reps each time preacher curls 3 sets of 8, 55lbs, then down to 45 my last set concentration curls 3 sets of 6-10 at 20 lbs Abs: Did daves ab workout basically. 3 sets of decline crunches with 25lb weight (12reps) knee ups, 2 sets of 12 with 2-3 second pause at top. then one set where i did middle left right middle left right.... did 16 total of those then the ab machine, did 2 sets, 10 at middle left and right, then repeated for the 2nd set Good overall workout WEIGHT: 145 I am 5lbs away from my goal. I have had around 2700 calories already today. about 280g protein which is very high considering i still have 3glasses of milk to drink, a T of peanut butter, and hmm i forget what else, will post back later with final details on calories, etc. Chest andtris tomorrow, cannot wait for it. EDIT: 3082 95 262 306 cal fat carb prot. most protein and cals ive had prolly in the past month. |
