EDIT: well i had my 8 meals for the day, here is what it added up to (used fitday.com) 2658 80 234 266 (Cals Fat Carb Prot ) Not bad I think.


Wow my max has shot up so fast.

Today I only did chest since I also wakeboarded and played dodgeball.

Flat: 5 sets of 3
155 for the first 3 sets, the 3rd I need spot for the 3rd rep
145 3 times, then 145 5 times

Incline: 3 sets
95x8
105x7
115x 6

Thats it caus we had dodgeball, down Tris, and Shoulders Hard on Friday.

Legs tomorrow Damn I hate legs, but whatever helps right

SO frickin pumped right now caus of my bench!!! Im killin it right now from what I could do even last week.
