fats are great for a variety of things...namely...your heart, and joint health

word. i just have to find out exactly what all the good fats are. gotta start hunting

workout

27 minutes on the elliptical

ab roller 3x12

i have a question that may be silly. i dont do a PWO shake because i get home and can eat dinner within a half hour of my work out. i just wait until i go to bed to drink a shake. is that to much of a big deal or should i just say fuck it and drink a little protein shake right after my workout anyway

if it were me i'd at least hit some protein and carbs right away.

healthy fats: peanut butter, olive oil, fish oil, flax oil, deez nuts, walnuts, almonds, avocados.
