pendlay rows

it almost looks as if you could use a little hip flexor stretching...one that really helps me is: kneel in a sort of lunge position with your back foot up on a bench...front shin straight up and down...then just kinda lean down and forward keeping your upper body upright. should feel a good stretch in the hip area and upper quads.

then turn your upper body a few degrees towards your front leg and repeat...then do the other leg.
PENDLAY rows got it!

you ever had one of those days where you just are down in the dumps and lifting is so hard. that was one of those days times to. i wasnt feelign down or tired but it just didnt feel like a good day for lifting. i wish i could have took off and waited for tomorrow but i have a foot doctor appointment and i most likley will get fluid draied out of my foot. so i may not have been able to lift tomorrow.

all in all didnt feel like a good day but i refused to slack off. this felt like one of the longest lifting days i ever had. but im makin progress and i cant let up now. i think half the battle was just getting myself together to push the weight the correct way with good form.

but i didnt it and was able to get every single rep. just had to concentrate extra hard. but the elliptical was soooooooooooooo rough. that was a fight. luckily they have nfl network on the little tv thing or i wouldnt have made it

i would have taped my deadlifts but i forgot my camera.

todays weight in was 284. i will weight myself tomorrow morning and will try to post a pick. total of around 16 pounds lost
