uuuummm, i can see it just a tad. but nothing major. i have had people ask me if i lost weight so i guess their is somewhat of a difference. i can feel it more than i can see it.

question. i wont be able to work out today. and there is a good chance i may not be able to workout out tomorrow and i def wont be able to on sunday because i have class. so if i miss this third workout, should i chalk it or just pick it up on moday from where i left off and increas the weight wed?

If I were you, I would pick up where I left off on Monday & increase the weight Wednesday. You're not near maximum effort with the weight you're using, are you?

uuuuummmm. its challenging but i feel like i have room to go. there are a few lifts i feel like i still have a lot of wiggle room. and some just a little. all in all i feel like i still have room. if anything i would just knock it down to 5 pound jumps if i had problems. so i still have wiggle room. ill take you advise. i just wasnt sure what i should do thats all

Cool. It's really up to you. You know better than anyone what you can handle & where you are with each lift.

What did the foot doctor say?

word. thanks fellas. cant wait to keep gettign my numbers up on those talo. they suck right now due to odvious reasons but im working on it . but on the workout i may just wait it out. im tempted to just wait till monday. and see how it goes.

ross the foot doctor prescribed some orthodics for me. cant drain fluid oout of your foot. you can do it with a knee because your knee is like a capsule. he was telling me the tissue in the bottome of my foot is swollen. he seems like a cool doc and knows what he is talking about, but i notcied he hasnt suggested a cortizone shot yet. dont know the reason why but i guess he wanted to see how my foot responded to the orthodics first. they feel better on my feet. so i will use that and start doing some heavy tennis ball work on my calves and the sole of my feet. i figured i should start doing that heavier. talked ot my massage teacher and he said that would be the best thing for it to.

so i will work on it and give updates. ill just be patient and keep riding out on the elliptical for cardio. on and i typed all that bullshit and didnt even say what was wrong lol. i have plantar flasiatis. i know i spelled it wrong

My old boss at GNC had the same problem. I'll ask her if she has any tips/suggestions. She's a very cool person & pretty knowledgeable also.
