well my homie from massage school. gave me a golf ball which felt good but ti think somebody swiped it from me during class. i have to look through my bag again. the so/so pain is coming from 2 areas in the foot though. the bottom and on the top of the foot but off to the left side of it. kind of hard to explain. its alot better than what it was though. i think im to the poitn now where i can jump rope so i wil try that either next week or the following. im just gonan be doing alot of stretching and grinding on the foot. and if all else fails im gonan go back to the doc and tell him to stop bullshitting and give me a cortizone shot

5x5@245
superset one legged leg press and lunges
calf raises, wrist roller, hammer curls, shrugs

3x12
weight felt really heavy today, but was cool. i think i should still be able to make another 10 pound jump but i will see how i feel over the weekend. i finally got a pair of gloves and i hate them. i will only use them for pulling stuff. it made my bench feel so awkward on my hands the first 2 sets. i think that kind of screwed me up, and when i took them off it felt more natural and i moved the weight better. and just so you guys know the only reason why i am even considering gloves is because i am a massage therapist on the side and my hands are gettign a little rough. still managable though. all in all good workout and im stuck around 285. i weight myself a few days ago though so that might have changed.
im gonna go eat dinner. im sick of all the suer clean food i been eating. im eating a steak tonight.

You will get calluses even with gloves. Trust me. I dont' use gloves for deads anymore because it actually makes the diameter of the bar seem larger and therefore harder to grip.
I would say chalk will help calluses because the bar won't be slipping around so much. It was also help stop them from being ripped off.. oweee.

i messed up bigtime on my workout today. i will get to it in a few
work out
pull ups 3x3
squats
5x5@355
bench
5x5@355
pendaly row
5x5@265
so all i have in my mind is that i have to go up ten pounds from last week. but before i started my workout i was giving a alittle bit of traingin advice to this girl i know. helped her with some stuff etc. so i just have the number ten in my head.
i start my workout and i notice that this feels alot heavier than last week but im riding with it. by the time i get to like my third set on the bench i realized i had the number ten stuck in my head so i put on tens instead of goign up just ten pounds and i wound up goin up 20 pounds from last week. so i said the heck with it and just finsihed up the rest of the workout with the added 20. i just didnt do any accesories. and i left my workout sneaks home so i wasnt able to do cardio today.
my question is this. shoul di just leave the extra 20 on for the week and call it a rap for the routine? because i want to stay on this routine no longer than the end of next week.
or should i knock the weights back down to what i should do and try to go up next week. i really cant wait to get off this program because i put back on 2 pounds and im still eating clean. i see diffferences in the mirror but i cant afford to get any bigger. i will take heed to all advice

Why not? do you need to make a certain weight for some reason (like the army or a weight class for a meet?)
Maybe you could change to a strength based routine and manage yor diet to drop some weight?

If you already did what you wanted, no reason that I can see to go back and do it again.
What are you looking to do after this routine monsta?
