first time doing squats since like may or early june. fetl so good to finally be able to do them. weight didnt feel heavy but it felt like i just needed to get used to doing squats in general again. i usually dont use wraps but i used them today just to be safe. DAMN IT FEELS SO GOOD TO SQUAT!!!! i made sure i did a few leg presses and used some light squats first to test it out.

it feels like all in all my legs arent 100 percent but every time i do some work with them they get better and better. this is the best i have felt in months.

since i feel up to it i am gonna go with starting strength for about 4 to 6 weeks. depending on how i feel at the end of the week i will see if i will make 5 pound or 10 pound jumps next week. im gonna ride with this program because before i got all jacked up i was gonna do this. and i feel like it will help me get my legs back up under me. also since i am on a diet as of right now i feel like it will help me keep upperbody strength while getting my legs back up to par.

when i am done this program e-money suggested some single leg stuff so i want to work on that and doign some front squats,OH squats, cleans, and other stuff.

you dont understand how happy i felt being able to do squats today.

other than that. i have been eating super clean. nothing but chicken drumsticks, salads, fruits, eggs, and cherrios, skim, milk, and water. i went back to my people house yesterday and decided to use my cheat meal while i was there. ate some fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. i had 2 to 3 small servings each.

this week i will add some sirlion steaks, london broil, and some salmon to my diet. i wanted to actually wanted to see what kind of routine i would be doing before i added steaks and what not. i wanted to know how much of it i would be eating.

i will be doing 3 to 4 days of cardio a week. also. sleed pushing and some other stuff. i tried to run today and it was the most fluid i have felt in a long time. feels like i can go about half speed running fluidly. probably faster but im in no rush. i def feel liek the sleed pushin has helped me in regards to running a little more fluid. but i will take it one step at a time.

i have been concerning myself with numbers for a minute, so instead of that i will focus on progress in general. i dont want any setback. i just want to keep working. the weight i posted isnt super heavy but remember im still rehabing.

i will post my weight tomorrow

thanks for the encouragment fellas.

and the diet thing wasnt to hard for me because i know i need to loose weight. just seeing the scale climb was gettin depressing. plus im tryign aa few things ot keep me successful. like using the drumsticks. they arent as fatty as the thigh and they are somewhat close to the same amount of protein as chicken breast. eating chicken breast over and over gets dull after like 2 days. but with these drumsticks the meat is way better so i keep eating them with no problem.

i also posted the picture of my start off weight on my desk at my office. and my desk is right by the printer so everyone sees it. so if i slack up everyone will know.

of course everyone looks at the pic with my weight on it and always says "YOUR 300 POUNDS? I DONT BELIEVE THAT, YOU DONT LOOK LIKE IT AT ALL"

i will do a few things here and there to keep the diet interesteing.

me to. i was using them at one point because of how much protein they have and the amount of fat, etc. but man they suck after eating them so many times. i have always loved the darkmeat but i seen that the thigh had so much more fat and didnt compare when it came to protein. but when i was in BJs i seen they had 24 drumstick for like 9 to 10 dollars, i felt like i hit the jackpot.

i fuckin live drumsticks to and i havent got tired of them yet. not even close. so im gonna be a drumstick eating as dude with a change up here and there

it def was a good substitue for me not doing any lifting last week due to me preparing to try to bench that 500 in the other thread.

I LOVE THAT THING!!!!!!

i will b using it today
