in all the pics im am anywhere from 280 to 290.

the one in the red shirt was my last semester in college when i was on somehwhat of a succesful diet but after that is when i got the reactive arthritis from eating the bad chicken. i was like 265 in that one

lol thanks widdoes. im trying.

workout

3x3 pullups

pushing the sled with 3 plates up and down basketball court. 6 times

at first i would go up one time then as soon as i stop keep my hands on the handles and do some pushups. that stopped real quick by the time i got to the third one. i was soooooooooooooo tired.

since yesterday was my first day doing squats in who knows how long my legs started killing me after a while. i wanted to do more but i still have 2 more workouts this week so i stoped and lived to fight another day

They're great for making you puke. Especially if you drink milk right beforehand. I wouldn't recommend it. I love pulling the sled...it's a great exercise for power & explosiveness. I only do sprints with the sled though.

The APT harnesses are NICE. They're also very expensive.
