The APT harnesses are NICE. They're also very expensive.

workout

a2g squats

5x5 @ 275

OH press

5x5 @ 185...........2x2 @ 315 (explain later)

deadlifts

5x5 @ 225

my legs werre sore as hell today but the squats today actually felt better than what they did monday. felt alot more stable. im still sort of forcing myself to go down though on the first rep. you know when you favor apart of yoru body for so long you rbody gets used to it and you have to fight it to get the full ROM. thats sort of what it is but after the first rep im good. felt more powerful coming up and more stable. did not have to pay as much attention to form as i did last time. but form was good.

on the OH press after i was done my sets of 5 i wanted to test how much strength i had left because after i do squats it drains my bench like crazy. so i just did those ot see what i could do.

havent done deads in ages either. wel not this way at least. i do them when you have the snatch grip and pick it up off the floor with your legs close together and sort of like an a2G squat

i topped it off with just getting on that row machine for five minutes. i was thinking about doing more cardio, but i want to save my legs for the last workout, plus i have to give 2 massages tomorrow so i need my legs a little. i will hit cardio harder. i just have to get my feet back up under me so i can do other things besides sled pushing. i want to do some actual running
