yeah i know. thanks fellas. i was thinking about waiting, but honestly i felt like with everything i did by friday as soon as i racked the weight i could have went back under and did another set.

especially with the bench it almost felt like i was playing around or something. so thats the only reason why i made such a jump. it honestly felt way to easy, esecially for that being the end of the week. i dont think i will make such a jump again, but i swear it felt like i was playing with the weight by the end of the week. the only thing is with the squats it was my first time doing it in so long i actually had to ease the first day or 2. and by the last workout i was damn near flingin it off my back

This is one of those times where you need to seperate the men from the boys (or gym rats ). You could slap on all that extra weight and go balls to the wall right off the bat, or you could play it cool and realize it's only a matter of time. IMO It's a long term lifestyle, and you should avoid getting hungup in the short term excitement.

2x3 pulls ups

captains chair pull ups

27 minutes on the elliptical

i only did 2 sets because the stand i was using for pulls kept getting ready to tilt over on every rep (why do i have to be so big ) and just about everywhere else was being occupied so i said fuck it.

on the elliptical i set it for 22 minutes thinking that it was going to give me a 2 minute warm down once i hit 20 minutes like the other machine.

IT FOOLED THE SHIT OUT OF ME. straight hit 22 minutes then added another five minutes lol. i was like AAAAAWWWW MAN. but hey i need it

i was gonna use the sled today but i have one more appointment for my foot next week because i think i have some fluid in it. when i wanted to get the sled anyway the first thing that popped up in my head was what kane said last night. so i said fuck it. ill wait till after my appointment .

thanks to all you guysfor your advice and help. i post journals not to say i can lift this or that, but because it is good to get people who will give legit advice and have no problem telling you off when you need it and encouraging you when you need it.

thanks guys

oh and my weight started going back down again. it went back down to 287 this morning and i feel even more of a difference right now. i may not step on the scale for a few days though so i wont become anal

workout

squats

5x5 @ 315

standing OH press

5x5 @ 205

deadlifts

5x5 @ 235

captains chair 3x15

shurgs 3x10 80 dumbells

curls 3x10 80 pounds

elliptical 27 minutes

squats still felt cool. OH press felt nice and pwerful. didnt give me any trouble at all till the very last rep. deadlifts still suck monkey nuts. i can deadlift a good amount but my endurance on them is ass bags. i hate the plates in my gym they arent round they are like octagon shaped so they always fall in a weird position on the ground so i have to readjust myself every rep

shrugs are light because i still feel somethign tight in my neck. i have to get my massage teacher to work it out.

curls were super light because i just hate doing curls. they suck next workout i will do some incline curls to make it a little more fun
