oh and when i got on the scale today i am the exact same weight as monday morning. granite it is only 2 days but still. i figures since i am liftign with my legs the weight wont shed as fast. i been eating the exact say way except for cooking some salmon in olive oil a few times. im think i need to do more cardio

yeah. i think it is going like that. because my diet has been the same. and this may sounds stupid but i am feelign a difference in my legs already so that could be it.

i just got back from the gym. i did some work on the elliptical, ab roller, some pullups and sled dragging. i am goign to start to increase cardio work

got on the scale this morning and im 289. im eating the exact same way i was last week and i gained 2 pounds i have also went to the gym every single day this week. can i really be putting on muscle that fast? im gonna go to the gym today and tomorrow and do some cardio

When you start a routine or get back into, your muscles will start to hold more glycogen. When my glycogen gets depleted every week during my diet, I go from about 180 to 172 & I'm small. It makes sense that if you start to retain more glycogen that your weight would go up a couple of lbs.

oh aight cool. thanks fellas. i wasnt gonan tweek anything. i was just gonna do more cardio. but i didnt want to overdo it though. i was just thinking i woul dhave to stay on this program for 4 weeks instead of longer
