i weighted 289 when i weighed myself this morning. didnt have time to take a pic and upload it. excuse the minimal posts for the day. i want to look at everyones elses stuff. bu the net has been so slow at work.

im hopin buy the end of this week my weight will start to go back down. i have not changed my diet from when i lost the first 12 pounds. i used cheat meals this weekend bu they were sensible. im still up on my other homies in the race to lose 30 (the right way)

workout

squats

5x5 @ 315

bench

5x5 @ 315

pedley row

5x5 @ 225

pullups

3x3

ab roller, 22 minutes on the elliptical

i know i said i would go up just ten pund from last week, but by friday i felt alot more comfortable on the squats and it felt like i probably could have done the whole 5x5 of 275 in one set. so i figured even though im rehabbing, it felt to light,

so i kicked everything up by 40 pounds instead of 10. the bench still felt light, and the squats felt even better than last week. i will see how my legs feel to see if i make more than a 20 pound jump again this week.

next workout i might make a 40 pound jump with the oh press and deadlift but i will see

oh and i did some real light romanian deadlifts. well i dont know if thats the name of them its the deadlift where you dont touch the ground with the weight. it focuses on your hams and glutes. that one.

All the deadlifts I know involve touching the weight down.

I would be careful with those big weight jumps. I know you're strong enough for that weight, but still better safe than sorry. Add half that and it will only take an extra week to get to that weight, and that's not a very long wait.
