Default Monstaface weightloss part 2

aight. i was debating whether or not to start a thread on this because of how shitty the other one went with the injuries and what not. but i thought about it and said to myself hey why not.

ill post the workout i do later but for right now i just want a little nutritional advice. and i know alot of people will recommend fit day, but im gonna be straight. nine times out of 10 i wont bother filling it on a regular.

ok. so far today. i had

4 eggs
big bowl of cheerios with 16 ounces of milk
a banana
a nice size salad with balsamic dressing and 2 drumsticks
2 more drumsticks

i have yet to eat dinner but it will be chicken and a salad again.

now i will drink 2 protein shakes a day and i will add a little bit more food during the day i.e celery and peanute butter and more fruit.

my question is just by looking at that, should i make my main meals a little bit bigger? like i said i plan on adding more food during the day but im thinkin i should add maybe one more peice of chicken during thoe main meals. 2 drumsticks is 44 grams of protein.

current weight.

word. i was gonna do that when i got a little bit more loot to spend.

and yeah chicken legs are good bread. a lot easier to eat on a regular than breats are, but not as fatty as the thigh. so i am gonna add more veggies. do you think i should add a little more chicken

What do you have against beef? +40 grams of protein in a meal should be fine. Instead of adding another drumstick to two meals, add another meal that consists of two drumsticks. Your nutrient timing will be a little better that way.

I guess to cut you'll need around 2700 calories or so. I don't know if you figured that out or care. It will probably be easier to just eat for a while and see if you need to eat more or less. That's how I generally do and I think you do the same.

Good luck. I'm looking forward to reading your journal!

thats how much i weighted in another liftime lol.

and i plan on eating beef. i just want to cut it down. i dont want to eat beef no more than once or twice a week. i want eat completly clean for a while. no seasonings or nothing.

and thats prob waht i will do. just add another meal.

WORKOUT

i did some sled pushing today. MAAAAAAAAAAAN was that tiring. i used it on the basketball court. i used half of the court and i pushed it from left to right on the court instead of up and down. one trip to the right and back to the left was 1 trip.

i started with one 45 plate the 2 then 3. i honestly dont know how many i did. i just kept doing them over and over again. i did a good amount. i did them to the point i was laying on the floor for a while. a few guys i know from the gym did them with me and one of the guys said he felt like throwin up lol.

thats def a good workout. somethign i will be doing everyday. the only thing is the harnes for my shoulders is to small

I would think you could start with 3500 cals. I'm just going off of what I do with 2600-2700 and I'm 230.

I would also say try and get some red meat in there. Lean ground beef , sirloin or flank steaks are good. And also try and get some fish in. If your not eating any fish atleast get some fish oils 8-10g a day would be good.

Are you taking any supplements ?
