been reading through your journal monsta sounds like your doing a fine job of it mate and sounds like your stong as an ox buddy, keep it up! :-) i find it a real motivator reading your guys journals i have noticed that it seems to mainly be the same few people who post really helpful advice and regularly so i have been checking up on your stuff as you have all been so helpful. helps me to have a future goal hearing what you fellas are doing.

what up. trying to get back on the grind. if it aint one thing its another. for some odd reason my right hip feels a little swollen. enough to almost make me limp and let me know i shouldnt be tryign no squats or deads. THIS SHIT PISSES ME OFF!!!!! everytime i try to get back on the swing som bullshit always happens. i have come ot the conclusion i will just say fuck it and just stick to my diet and worry about making shit catch up later. i gte on the diet and something fucks up and i stray away from it because i dont want to do one thing and not another in reference to keep a clean diet and being in the gym. so what i will do is just keep at it with my pressing and pulling power with my upper and just do little dumb shit with my legs like quad curls and the ham extenstions. as corny as i think those are it is at leats some type of leg work with out moving my hip. it ain tthe best but it will at least keep me on doing som etype of leg work. so with that said ill post my workout tomorrow and what i ate. i jus tmade 5 chicken breast and i will eat them during my time at work. but here is todays little workout.


150 pushups


not a whole lot but i havent done any pushups in a minute and it felt like i gained a few more pounds. i don tknow if i mentioned this before either but i do them with pushup bars. i will increase more each week to help with endurance and balance in arm strength. tomorrow i will get in some shoulder press work. i may try a few light cleans but depending on how i feel i wont do it so i can just get my shit healed up and ready to go.

once i get my laptop up and running ill post more vids i cant do it right now becaus ei cant access youtube from work and my family comp is bullshit. till tomorrow fellas.

Hey dude, shit happens. We all know how annoying it is to be out of action for a while. Sucks, especially when you're just getting back into the action.

hey man i know what you mean about something always going wrong when you set off but the fact you are still doing something shows character think how easy it would be for you to blow off the lot completly yet you dont. thats heart man. im sure youll feel better soon and youll be right back on that horse (or after your last comment back on the ox lol) keep your chin up fella i know youll get there you lot are solid. all the best.

played around with some military/push presses today to see where my middle ground is. i say push presses because when it gets heavier i use my legs a little to push it up

225x8
255x6
315x2
225x4
145x12

OH shrugs. started with 145x10 but i didnt think my form was correct while doing it so i knocked it down to 95x10 of 2 sets

upright rows. 3x10@95. wanted to do it with a litter weight because i want to keep my form right, and chinpeice dave said they will help with my cleans so i wanted to focuse on them real tough with oout moving

pedley rows. 5x5@ 225 and a rep out at 145x20


curls 3x10@100---- I hate curls.

shrugs 3x10 @ 90 bumbells

I did a few other things but nothing worth typing. my hip doesnt hurt but it just feels weird. i may just try light weight squats tomorrow to see if it helps but if not ill lay off for a while afterwards.

so far today i drank a myoplex protein shake after the workout

3 chicken breast abotu a half a cucumber

a bowls of basic 4 cereal 6 eggs with cheese, 2 packs of peanutes. im getting ready to eat again but i know i shoul dbe eating a little more.
