Ya, you can push it back. The best thing is you only have to get in the gym 3 days a week. Plus they are fast sessions. They can easily be done in 30-45 mins espically the first few weeks when your weights are lower and your rest time in between sets doesn't have be too long.

yesterday i did some legs MP and rows. just a little something so i wouldnt have time off. felt like a sluggish workout. i would have to say my diet wasnt the greatest yesterday so that def could have had an eefect on it.

squats

3x10 @ 225

MP
3x8to10 @ 185

pedley rows
3x8to10 @ 185

curls
3x8to10 @ 100

shrugs
3x10 @ 80 pound dumbells

squats felt aight. i made sure i did a lot of light squats before i started. even the workout was light but i wanted t omake sure i didnt do anything to the hip. i find that i irritate it if my stance is wider and go really deep. so i closed my stance some and turned my feet out a little bit more to make it more comfortable and help me not come up on my toes. that stance actually felt good and my knees didnt feel bad. over the weekend i will see how the hip feels and if it feels good i will start that 5x5 next week.

try and spend the week to find out your true 5RM . I made the mistake of doing most of them on one day and it just wasn't true.

or make your first exercise the one you're trying to find your max on...and then do some other shit after that...that way you're not winded.
