If you're going to do the intermediate 5x5 type thing then your progression should look pretty steady regardless of how fast you are capable of progressing strengthwise. I.E. you don't want to start playing around and progress 20 pounds here and then 5 pounds the next time and all that. You want to keep the stress buildup kinda steady which allows you to make the longest run at it and that will result in more gains overall..

However, if you are capable, based on previous experience, of getting much stronger very quickly, then 5x5 may be kind of a roundabout way of doing things for you. In other words, if you can lift heavier in a short period of time then there is no use in playing around for weeks on end with such an overall low intensity.

Another potential problem I see here for your, based on what I see, is that not all your lifts may need the same treatment or respond the same. So you may find yourself, for instance getting great gains on some movements that you have traditionally stuck to higher reps for, and with other movments have very little progress. That is somewhat the nature of a 5x5 anyway but again, it is something to consider.

You may be able to prioritize based on this at least.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Just thought I'd check on ya Monsta ;)

Everything is looking good and ime with the 5x5's, jumping the weights around too much will shorten your run on the program and mess things up. That's the same as what Eric said with the 20lbs one week and 5 the next. I was going to make a couple comments after reading through but I think that Eric made those points when he mentioned the treatment of your lifts and prioritization.

thanks fellas. and what i will do is just try not to make to much of a jump. ill just make it go steady. dont want to risk injury or any set backs. ill just keep an eye on it. its like a while back when i started squating i barely finished 3 sets of ten with 225. 2 weeks later i did 10 sets of 245. so ill moniter whenever i feel like im able to make a transition like that. and just try not to overdoe it
