Good to see you doing a bit better. Naproxin does nothing - it is sold OTC as alleve, and is approx. two of the gel caps. I still have reactive arthritis and none of NSAIDs did anything. I'm on the Enbrel now and feel great.

Best of luck with the foot and all the rest man. Pain is only good when its from the gym (or in the bedroom!).

What can be done to make sure this goes away forever ? Do you have to stay on drugs all the time ?

my reactive arthritis actually went away. it just knocked me back a whoooooooooole lot. so what it was when i was in college i never really had a place to work out, and by the time i got into doing certain type of things to maintain strength i got fucked up with that.

the injuries i currently been going threw was a big part of me being an asshole.

i think i was doing way to much when it came to upper body. i would lift and go home and do pushups and i started to feel my shoulder messing up but i could stil lift the same weight so i didnt bother letting it heal.

and with my foot once it started to hurt i kept doing shit on it and wound up limping for so hard and so long i messed up my knee, hip and other ankle really bad. i was hopin around and limpin like crazy and i just fucked myself all up by compensating. and on top of that i was using some of that medicine that i had from when i had the reactive arthritis so i could get through the day because i was in so much pain and i think it prolonged some of it. especially my shoulder.

so im messed up this time because of being sumb old monstaface

my shoulder feels back to normal though last week was my first time going heavy on the flat bench so im gonan see if i can get up 500 either today or tomorrow. and im rehabbing my ankle, foot and knee right now. my hip is cool now, but with the rest im getting a lot better than what i was. im close to being able to squat but i cant bend my knee all the way with the weight on me. but i just started doing one legged leg presses and that has been helpin me out. i havent updated anything because i wanted to make sure i was completely healed and doing a routine.
