thanks. im trying. i def have lifts that i am not even close to happy with though. i sort of have an excuse but oh well. i think i am gonna tweak the workout a bit next week so i can get some more back and shoulder exercises in. i know my deadlift right now is horrible. and i want t get stronger in my back and shoulders. my shoulders are ok though but i think those body parts are more important than a bench per say.

all in all i def have lots and lots of work to do

I don't waste too much time with tuna personally. Instead, if you go to a club like Sam's Club, you can get a $20 freeze dried bag of chicken breasts that don't taste too bad at all, and have 25 grams per breast. I take 6 at a time, put them in the oven for 30 minutes, and viola.. Add on some pace picante on top, and you're golden. Same thing with eggs. Go and get a $7 carton of eggs that has 4 dozen eggs and go nuts. That's how I'm able to hit up about a dozen eggs per day.

word. i def bought 2 bags of them a little while ago at BJ's. im gonna stock up on them this weekend. i didnt think eating so much eggs will be good for me though. i was told that eating that much eggs would be bad for me eventually. especially when i know i can run through a dozen of them in no time. im getting things with the diet down packed though so yall will see me get better with it

workout thoughts

my chest is still sore but i worked on it twice this week so im good. my quads feel like someone shot me in them so no leg exercises for me today. i wish my hams and glutes felt as bad as my quads. dont get me wrong, they are sore but my quads hurt really bad...................i love it. i was thinking about doing some squat goodmornings today, but i will just live to fight another day. since this is my first time in a long time killing my legs this bad ill just do them next week. i want to make sure my legs are healed enough to get back at it on monday.

so today i will just hit up the shoulders and back. i touched them a little on tuesday but my goal is to work them out twice a week. i think next week i will make monday and thursday and exclusive leg and back day. so that way i can get them twice a week. im not worried about my bench to much because i know i can bring that up easy. i am not satisfied at all with my back and leg strength. i think they are strong but not as strong enough as i want it, and not nearly as durable. if i dedicate those 2 days i can also fit in the deads (which i know is horrible) and snatchs (which may even be worst). and even with doing this i can throw in some extra shoulder work. i have a few things in mind so when i put it all together i will post or i will just wait until i do the actually tweaks then get feedback

Lookin good. Any kind of exercise that you do that increases blood flow to the sore areas will help to move lactic acid out, so you'll quit hurting so bad. Even jogging a bit will help.

Yeah, I figured you already knew. I love being sore from lifting..kind of weird I suppose. You have inspired me to start doing push ups again. I haven't done them in a while and hadn't really thought about them until I read your workout.

well when i was around 14 i started doing push ups to get stronger. when i was 14 i was 240 and i did them every night except the weekends. it got to a point when i was able to do between 80 to 90 straight. i was doing around 350 to 400 every night. when i got under a bench both of my arms had the same amount of strenght and i was abel to lift a lot an di had crazy endurance. eventually when i got out of highschool didn thave the time for them any more.

i did notice though that no matter how much you lift that doesnt mean you can do pushups. i always felt pushups help with the bench, but bench doesnt help with pushups.

and even though everybody wants to lift a lot i personally would liek to have endurance included with strength. that may just be me lookin at strength from an athletes perspective.

all in all pushups are the truth. and i think i will have a good amount of endurance doing a good amount at my current weight

im working on being able to do a good amount of pull ups, and i want to do some hand stand push ups soon. i can do a handstand and hold it for a bit. but i have alot of work to do if i want ot get good with them handstands
