Exercises
Barbell Squat: 135x5, 225x5, 225x5
Hack Squat machine: 90x8, 90x8, 90x8
Seated Leg Curl: 55x10, 55x10, 55x10

Calf Raise Machine: 150x10, 150x10, 150x10

Crunches: bwx8, bwx8

-Notes
-Although this amount of weight may seem light to some, my legs were pretty much destroyed lol
-Workout lasted around 20 minutes.
