Exercises
DB Incline Bench Press: 55x8, 65x10, 75x10, 55x8
Decline Cable Crossovers: 15x8, 22.5x8, 25x8
Dips: BWx8, BWx8
Pec Deck: 100x8, 140x8, 140x8
Machine Bench: 110x8, 110x8, 110x8

Rope Pushdown: 40x8, 50x8, 50x8
Underhand Pushdown: 20x8, 20x8, 20x8
DB Single Arm Extension: 25x8, 25x8, 25x8

-Notes
-Pretty good workout, threw a bunch of exercises in this routine and focused on my mind and muscle connection to get the blood flowing to my chest and triceps. In the end my arms started aching and I got a good pump in my chest as well
