-After new years eve, I took a break and spent some time eating so this is my first workout of 2013!
-Got a new PR on my BB Flat Bench Press. I switched to dumbbells so haven't done the BB Flat bench since
9-24-2012 and I was struggling with 165x8. Now it's 225x8
-This workout session was really short but I left the gym with a decent pump.
