Date: 1/4/2013

Exercises
BB Bench Press: 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 185x8
Pec Deck: 120x10, 120x10, 120x10
Machine Bench: 130x8, 150x8, 150x8

Rope pull Down: 40x8, 50x8, 55x8

-Notes
-After new years eve, I took a break and spent some time eating so this is my first workout of 2013!
-Got a new PR on my BB Flat Bench Press. I switched to dumbbells so haven't done the BB Flat bench since 9-24-2012 and I was struggling with 165x8. Now it's 225x8
-This workout session was really short but I left the gym with a decent pump.

DB Bench Press: 40x8, 80x10, 90x8
DB Incline Bench Press: 60x8, 75x8, 60x3
Pec Deck: 120x10, 120x10, 120x10

Rope pull Down: 40x8, 50x8, 40x8

-Notes
-Been out of the gym for a month (seems longer) it was cool to see that I could still push the 90lb DB's on the bench press.
-Checked my weight and i'm 211
-Feels good to be back, got some major DOMS in my chest and tri's.
