Just as an FYI there is no such thing as sinlge factor vs dual factor. This is an internet invention. That people continue to insist on calling intermediate 5x5's single factor is a pet peeve of mine It shows a gross misunderstanding of the dual factor model and how it relates to earlier models of training. Dual factore and "single factor" are NOT programs.
