Day 1 (Tuesday)

Barbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbell Over-Head Press
Day 4 - (Thursday)
-All 5x5
Barbell Back Squats
Barbell Rows
Wide Grip Chins
This routine was designed by Frankie NY, I will be eating a strict "maintain weight" diet until I reach a plateau then I will begin to increase my calories to conqure the plateau.
