Default MVP's Journal

Hi

I'm new here. Not new to bodybuilding, I have 2 years experience into studying but only 2 years into training as well.

I just took 14 months off training, below were my maxes before I left.

Bench press: 255lbs.
Squat: 315lbs.
OHP: 165lbs. (seated)

I'm on a new routine. I'll update after this post with my last workout. Comments are welcomed.

Thanks Wolf!

I'm on the Push / Pull routine designed by Frankie NY.

Are you familiar with this routine?
