i weigh in today...but last week i was at 154.5 pounds...hoping to be over 155 today.
and i know your situation...wasn't saying you HAVE to eat more protein by any means
but if you're gaining...your on the right track...by the time you stop gaining with what you're eating now...you'll be able to eat more
