Default my progress journal - starting on ss

I am going to track my progress on here so i can have a record of how im doing and you guys can shout at me if you think that i should be doing something different lol :-)

started lifting again properly this week on the rippetoes program (got the book delivered yesterday morning i never knew there was so much to learn about the basics)

anyhow:

current diet:

1st meal: synergy protein shake + 2 bowls oat cheerios and yoghurt
2nd meal: pharma whey shake + banana
3rd meal: synergy protein shake after the gym
4th meal: 4 scrambled eggs with milk + tin beans + wholemeal pita
5th meal: 30g almonds + banana + yoghurt
6th meal: salmon or tuna with whole wheat pasta + veg
7th meal: pharma whey shake before bed

i am trying to up the amount of food i eat but i dont think this is a bad starting block i currently weight just under 10 stone and am trying to build up from there, aiming for 12 stone. i have yet to calculate my carb intake but am taking in around 150grams of protein a day.

i hope people think that this is a sensible eating plan, obviously it varies a bit day to day however this is a fairly standard day.
