Thanks eric, I think that could have been a part of it. Things were shitty for a while but they are starting to pick back up, as is my training. I am still working through some relationship shit, and you guys know how that can be. Little by little I'll eventually look like my avitar.

Still chippin away at this kids. I hate to say it but i feel alot leaner then I look. I am starting to lose some strength in my lifts, but nothing major, I was off by a few reps on my incline bench last week, and declines were harder then exspected. this could be my shoulder ache, or it could just be a slight drop in strength.
my diet went to shit this weekend, but I am still hovering around 225-227. Now using the following supps and dosages.
MP @ 6 caps ed
rebound xt @ 2 caps ed
activite @ 20 caps ed
max cla @ 6 caps ed
sesamin @ 3 caps ed
redzone @ 2 caps ed (will up to 4 next week)
celedrin & msm @ 2 caps ed
fish oil @ 6 caps ed
I will be upping my cardio this week, sticking with 15 min after lifting, and upping my off day intensity. I plan on running some sort of stim for the next six weeks, starting with two weeks of redzone, then 2 weeks of basic cuts, then ending with 2 week ec stack.

Actually I'm not 0311, still a little young to be locked down. but what about my suppliment layout brought you to that conclusion?
The last two workouts have been interesting to say the least. I've picked up the intensity, and I've pushed my wieghts up a little bit. Here is what i've done, and how far i've come on the waterburry method.
mon
hack squat (10x3 @ 250lbs) 50lb increase over starting point
weighted dips (4x6 @50lbs) 10lb decrease from high point (shoulder instability is screwing me right now)
wide grip pull ups (4x6 no added weight) now completing all reps
skull crushers (4x6 @ 120lbs) 30lb increase
preacher mach curls (4x6 @120) 20lb increase
hanging leg lifts (no change)
Wed
Incline barbell (10x3 @255) est 10-20lb increase, started this training cycle with incline smith presses.
Dead lift (4x6 @295) 30lb increase from starting point
standing shldr press (4x6 @155) 20lb increase
standing calf raise (4x6 @345) 30lb increase
High pulls (4x6 @ 135) no change, these things are freakin hard
single arm tri press (4x6 @35lbs) no change
Fri (projected for tomorrow)
chin ups (10x3 @ 15lbs) 30lb increase (i started with the assisted machine)
decline barbell (4x6 @295) no change
standing hammer curl (4x6 @ 60) 10lb increase
seated calf raises (4x6 @110) no change
leg curls (4x6 @ 120) 20lb increase
lunges (4x6 @30lbs) no change

Personally I think its interesting that I've gained strength at all durring this cutter. I have been at a serious caloric deficit since the begining of November and I have seen some decent strength increases.
The nagging shoulder problem is killing my chest movements, I just dont feel stable with it. I will cut back my rebound xt to 1 a day to see if that will help. AI's have been known to dry out joints. I may have to switch to a serm to see what happens. Or I may just drop the anabolic stack all together. I think that would be a little hasty at this point since i've seen good gains.

Hey Hrdgain,
Looking forward to following your progress in the coming months. Keep up the hard work and stay focused. Thanks for referring me to the site. Seems like a quality board.
You may want to consider a periodic refeed, every 7-10 days or so. Up your carb intake to 2X what you would normally consume, however, keep protein and fat intake constant throughout. This is important both physiologically and psychologically.
Keep it up, bro.

Nah, I was kidding. I said you weren't married because most of our wives have us "men" on lockdown from buying more than one or two supplements.

You've gotta keep a separate bank account and keep the supps on the down low

I'm sure if it were up to the girl, i would be spending less on supps and more on her. but f that i'm selfish I do keep it to a budget, and if i really want something i'll save up for a few months and then get it.
I will be refeeding on saterday rory. Whole wheat pasta, red gravy from scratch, meatballs (perhaps a sandwhich on a whole wheat roll), sausage, i am getting hungry just thinking about it.
as for my training, upping all my weights this week has taken its toll. I'm sore as all hell, and cardio was a bitch yesterday and this morning. I was carrying a pa system and dam near fell over when my hamstrings cramped up. i'm sure some of it is the MP, but i'll hit the taurine and mag. stack and hope it all works out.

When I look at my wife's shoe collection, I don't mind buying an add'l supp here and there, LOL.
Good to see that you've got a refeed scheduled. I know how grueling dieting can be and those refeeds really do help quite a bit.
It is encouraging to hear that you've bumped the weight up on your lifts.
